Bank statement PDF to Excel / CSV
Choose the PDF your bank gave you. In a few seconds you'll see every transaction, a balance check for each row, and buttons to download Excel or CSV.

Private by design: your PDF is read by your own browser. It is never uploaded, and nothing is stored on a server. The password, if you type one, is used once to open the file and then forgotten.
Text-based PDF, up to 25 MB and 300 pages. On a computer you can also drop the file here.
Reading…
Always compare the converted file with your original statement before using it for tax filing, loans or audits. The converted file is not an official bank document.
How it works
- Your browser reads the PDF. The text and its position on each page are read locally; nothing is sent to a server.
- Columns are found. Headings such as Narration, Withdrawal or Ending daily balance are matched to Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance. If a statement has no recognisable headings, the columns are worked out from where the numbers sit.
- Each row is proved. Previous balance + credit − debit must equal the printed balance. Rows that don't match are highlighted with the difference.
- You download. Excel keeps real dates and numbers; CSV opens anywhere. Both include a Check column, so problems travel with the data.
What the confidence badge means
- High
- At least 99% of the rows that could be checked match the running balance, and any printed closing balance and totals match.
- Medium
- At least 90% match, or something needs a quick look, such as a Debit/Credit pair that looked swapped.
- Low
- Fewer than 90% match, or the closing balance doesn't. Check the highlighted rows, or try a different bank layout.
- Not checkable
- The statement has no balance column and no summary, so the numbers can't be verified. Compare the totals with your statement yourself.

Limits
- Text-based PDFs only. Scanned or photographed statements are detected and not converted yet.
- Up to 25 MB and 300 pages per file. Very long statements are easier on a computer than on an older phone.
- Free while in beta: convert as many statements as you like, and every page is exported.
Questions
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Yes. A password box appears, you type the password your bank set, and the file is opened in your browser. The password isn't stored.
Is the converted file an official document?
No. It's a working copy for your own records and calculations. For loans, audits or tax filings, rely on the statement issued by your bank.
Can I convert a statement on my phone?
Yes. Choose the PDF from your files, downloads or email app. Nothing is uploaded.
